Seán McGoldrick BSc (Hons) MRICS MRPSA

Managing Director

Our Founder and Managing Director Seán McGoldrick, is an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor with extensive knowledge of the property and construction industry. Prior to setting up his own practice, he had a varied professional career working for both small and large multi-disciplinary building consultancies as well as social landlords.

Through years of knowledge acquisition and practical on the job experience, Seán undertook the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and attained Chartered status (MRICS) with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 2020, and is also a full member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (MRPSA).

Seán is also an accredited NEC Project Manager and has experience of fulfilling the NEC Project Manager role, as well as contract administration duties under other forms of contract.

Additionally, Seán is a fully certified and qualified commercial drone operator allowing him to provide commercial drone surveys to clients.

Seán has a passion for and genuinely loves the type of work he does, and this is evident when working with him. He values honesty & integrity and places a great emphasis on providing a high quality service to clients. This includes a personal, pragmatic, and professional approach, irrespective of the size and nature of the job.
