Drone Surveys
We are qualified commercial drone operators and provide drone surveys which include high quality images and video footage of subject buildings. This allows us to accurately and efficiently capture the condition of high-level components. A drone survey will identify defects and maintenance issues which would not be apparent from a ground level inspection.
A drone survey is a much more time and cost-effective access method compared to other traditional means of access (such as scaffolding or cherry picker etc.). There is also little to no disruption to residents, tenants, or day-to-day business operations.
We can advise on appropriate remedial works if any defects and / or maintenance issues are identified, as well as tailor the drone survey data into an expert condition report depending on your requirements.
