Architectural Design – New-Build Detached Garage

To provide Architectural Design services in respect of proposed new-build detached garage.

Project Description

We were instructed by our client, a private homeowner, to act as designers for them and provide design services (up to RIBA Plan of Work Stage 4 – Technical Design) in respect of proposed new-build detached garage incorporating attic trusses to facilitate first floor office space.

Our appointment included:

• Producing a series of outline design drawings showing all ideas discussed and within the initial brief for client review

• Following client approval of outline design, developing the design and lodging the planning application

• Upon approval of planning application, upgrading the drawing package to include detailed designs/technical drawings and lodging building regulations application
