Property Overview

• Purpose: Roof Condition Survey

We were instructed to inspect and report upon the roofs to this grade A listed building. As qualified and insured commercial drone operators, we utilized our drones to assist with the overall inspection.

The large and complex building boasts several roof configurations, valleys, spires and chimney stacks. The location and complex design meant the roofs were not readily accessible for inspection, but our drone was able to pinpoint defects within minutes.

The inspection itself was conducted accurately and efficiently within two hours, at minimal cost, and without risk to life. We were able to obtain crucial data on high-level components which otherwise would have been costly, time consuming, and logistically challenging to obtain.
