We were instructed to carry out a drone survey to assess the condition of the roof following the recent storm Éowyn.

Due to the location of high level electrical cables and space constraints to the sides and rear, inspecting the roof via a cherry picker or scaffolding was not feasible. Even if traditional inspection was feasible, this would only allow inspection of the roof perimeter due to its size and scale.

The inspection itself was conducted accurately and efficiently within two hours, at minimal cost, and without risk to life. We were able to obtain crucial data on high-level components which otherwise would have been costly, time consuming, and logistically challenging to obtain.
