We were instructed by our client, a private homeowner, to inspect and report upon the condition of high level elements as part of their routine inspection regime.

Carrying out regular maintenance inspections to external elements helps to prolong their lifespan and avoids unexpected failures. It also identifies problems such as missing/slipped/damaged tiles or structural issues before they become severe and costly to repair.

The inspection itself was conducted accurately and efficiently within one hour, at minimal cost, and without risk to life. We were able to obtain crucial data on high-level components which otherwise would have been costly, time consuming, and logistically challenging to obtain.
